We're pleased to share the latest updates to our platform, focused on stronger data security, smarter auto-invite workflows, and richer activity insights.

FOR ISSUERS

Export Reports The export report now accurately reflects market-rate issuances so your downloads match what was live at the time of order.

FOR DEALERS

Auto-Invite Settings Auto-invite behavior is now more precise, ensuring your investor list stays accurate when bulk selections are in use.

  • When "Select All" is active, auto-invite updates now correctly apply only to the intended investor list
  • When a ticker match is detected during an approved issuer update, the matching investor is automatically added to the auto-invite list and notified by email

FOR INVESTORS & ISSUERS

Inquiry Management Expiration messaging and alert styling give you a clearer picture of inquiry status at a glance.

  • Expired-at change notifications now include a clear message describing what changed
  • The expires-in field now includes a tooltip with additional context
  • Rejected inquiry alerts are now displayed as warnings rather than errors, better reflecting their severity

Inquiry Pagination Long inquiry lists now load in pages, making it faster and easier to navigate high volumes of activity.

  • Inquiries load in paginated pages rather than a single long list, improving performance and usability

PLATFORM UPDATES (All users)

Data Security Your data is better protected both in transit and at rest across all platform interactions.

  • Personal information is now encrypted end-to-end during transmission between you and the platform
  • Compliance-related data is now encrypted at rest, strengthening data protection across all organizations

Platform Stability Several reliability improvements make the platform more consistent across browsers and sessions.

  • Eastern Time is now used as a fallback timezone when a local timezone cannot be detected, ensuring correct time displays on all browsers
  • Drawers and dialogs remain open when clicking outside them, preventing accidental dismissals
  • Navigation state and URL parameters are now preserved when moving between active, accepted, and rejected inquiries

FOR ISSUERS

Custom Insights Chart

You can now filter insight charts by custom date ranges, with convenient shortcuts to common time periods.

  • Date range filter added to all insight charts
  • Quick date presets available for faster filtering without manual input
  • Cashflow insights now include future settlement information for a more complete financial picture

Reports & Download

The export experience has been overhauled with a cleaner flow and improved validation.

  • Issuer Admins can now download export reports directly from the platform
  • Export inputs are validated for start/end dates, min/max range, and future date restrictions

Holiday Management

Administrators now have direct control over holidays and approved issuers from within the platform.

  • Add, edit, and delete US market holidays from the admin interface
  • Manage issuer-specific holidays with full create, edit, and delete support

FOR INVESTORS & ISSUERS

Inquiry Management

New tools give you more flexibility when managing inquiry expiration.

  • A new Expires-In shortcut lets you set expiration times using minutes or hours, with real-time timer sync on submission
  • If not set, the Inquiry will auto expire at 2:00pm ET on the latest inquiry's settlement day.

FOR INVESTORS

Approved Issuer List

Investors can now manage a list of approved Issuers, for compliance and ease of use. The platform will prevent any transactions or options to trade with issuers outside of the approved list.
